RENTERS

PROVIDERS

Respect the Gear.

Treat all equipment with respect and care. Never leave rental equipment unattended.

Keep it Clean.

Make sure all of your gear is tested, disinfected, cleaned, and fully functional. Periodically touch up scratches and dent where you can.

Be Cool.

Be kind and do not discriminate against anyone based on their background.

Be Cool.

Be kind and do not against anyone based on their background.

Ask about Everything.

Ask questions about compatibility with your equipment, audio connections, and any other specifications that are needed with your equipment rental. Never assume it will be included.

Communicate Everything.

Tell the renter what is and is not included in your rental (for instance: if your turntable rental does not include control vinyl).

Keep it in StageWing™.

It’s safer to continue to interact with providers via StageWing than outside of StageWing.  If a Provider is asking you to interact and pay outside of StageWing’s site, please contact us immediately here

Time is Money.

Be on time when it’s time to meet up with your provider. Tell the provider where your event is located, indoors/outdoors, and any pertinent info like loading in/out instructions.

Time is Money.

Double check about meeting location, loading/unloading instructions, points of contact and timing. Show up early.

Spread Love!

If your Provider did a great job, be sure to let StageWing™ and others know by leaving them a review. Reviews help others make informed decisions in the future.

Spread Love!

Be helpful to your renter by responding to all questions and messages in a timely manner. Take time to show your renter how to use the equipment and even offer to help setup when able. A little kindness goes a long way!
